" citizens rely only on election day "
(JJ Rousseau)
So there we are. Tomorrow (from 8 to 22) and tomorrow (7 to 15, subject to decrees of interpretation), we will vote for the regional elections and, in some cases, for the municipal elections.
For regional elections the card is green and has a two votes, that of president of the region and the regional councilors.
To vote for the regional president, you can:
- draw a cross on behalf of the applicant chosen;
- draw a cross on the regional list attached to the candidate (you can find under the name of the candidate for president), equal in all Lombardy
- draw a cross on the symbol of a provincial list attached to the selected candidate. In this way, a vote for the regional council will not go to the regional list of candidates linked to the chosen candidate for President but voted at the head of the provincial list (or the preferred candidate within that list, specifying its name in the space)
If you vote only for candidates for president or its "price" equal throughout the region, a vote for the regional council is assigned automatically belonging to the same regional list.
If you opt for the "vote separated", or vote for a presidential candidate and a list is not connected to it, after having crossed out the name of the candidate for president should be chosen to draw a cross on the provincial list favorite. In this case, that voting for a list unrelated to the chosen candidate for president, you have the ability to express a preference for the preferred regional councilor in the same list, writing his name in the space provided.
In any case you can find all the provincial and regional lists here.
As for the municipal elections can instead find a tutorial here .
Being convinced that there is a "vote right" per se, I just make my choice and point out some candidates that I consider particularly "worthy."
I will vote for the "Movement 5 stars, both for the president of the region (Vito Crimi) that with regard to the regional council, expressing my preference for Bruno Misculin.
I met Bruno in person during the months of collaboration with the meetup "Friends of Beppe Grillo" di Milano. Person of great humility, simplicity, humanity, with a big heart and great skill, model indomitable civil commitment and genuine political passion. An example for us all.
The initiative and the program was founded by Beppe Grillo, and especially the hundreds of voluntary groups that in recent years have engaged in daily battles for civil rights, the environment, for legality and for the Justice. Ordinary people who have rolled up their sleeves in an attempt to introduce a breath of fresh air in the stale and rotten politics of Italy today.
Candidates uncensored (!!), all residents in the district in which they are applying, but never shown separately. The program
inspired by the historical battles of Cricket: public water, the project "zero waste", to direct democracy, the wireless access, at no incinerators and nuclear power. The fundamental importance attached to the network, through which candidates are committed to constantly communicate with all citizens, offering the live webcast of the sessions of the Regional Council and discuss online before their official submission, the various bills. So a vote for a true renewal, business logic out of party politics and patronage from the Italian.
With regard to a special form of Milan, indicating the presence of:
- Giulio Cavalli for Italy of Values, a young writer-director who has made his profession a means of complaint and information regarding civil rights and freedoms (for this a few months living under guard, threatened by the Mafia)
- Basilio Rizzo, Vittorio Agnoletto to repay the Italian Communists, who resists the souls of Milan, has always been in the front line of defense of democracy and the Constitution.
As for the province of Bergamo indicates the presence of Daniele Martinelli, journalist attacked, for this "relegated" to the web.
I refrain from commenting on the list of outgoing President Formigoni, who read the hand, could not be re-elected as now in its third term. Article 2 of Law 165 of 2004 provides as the ineligibility of an immediate candidate for president who has already served two consecutive terms. The old Roberto defends himself by saying that the law, having been approved in 2004, did not concern his two previous mandates (if elected would be to Formigoni quartodicoquarto consecutive term, in spite of the refurbishments). Penati, President of the Democratic Party candidate, has now expressed its sympathy in what his party is in the same condition in an 'other region. However Valerio Onida, President Emeritus of the Constitutional Court, has suggested that the possibility of a posthumous Formigoni dismissal in case of re-election is concrete.
So we just have to laugh ....
